转向块是体外预应力桥梁中的一种特殊构造,它能够传递体外束所产生的水平力和竖向力,调整体外束偏心距,由于转向块结构形式不规则,且受到较大的集中力和预应力筋的摩擦力,其受力状态较为复杂。该文通过空间有限元仿真模拟,从箱梁和转向肋本身构造的角度分析了影响肋式转向块受力的因素,得到了箱梁底板厚度与转向肋的厚度是影响其应力状态的主要因素的结论,提出了尽量采用整体加厚的转向块,并将转向块设置在箱梁底板厚度较小的位置,以改善转向块受力状态,保证其安全性。
