侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)属于临床常见的真菌感染,近几年发病率呈现逐年上升趋势,临床应加强重视,必须做好临床诊断与治疗。IFI诊断方法很多,但以往常规检查技术已经无法满足快速诊断的需求,而血清学诊断检测则有很好的前景,但对于其特异性与敏感性还有待进一步完善。为了进一步分析IFI的实验室诊断,本文进行了相关探讨。 Infectious fungal infection (IFI) is a common clinical fungal infection, the incidence in recent years showed an upward trend year by year, clinical should pay more attention to the need for good clinical diagnosis and treatment.
