随着现代科技的不断发展,各种新技术,新材料不断开发,在扶手电梯设计中利用智能结构材料,设计出一种新型的全自动智能扶手电梯,可以感知载物存在后命令电机开始运行,电梯输送载物到达目的地,确认载物离开后又命令电机停止,如此往复运行,可以节约大量电能,同时可减少电梯机械传动部件磨损,延长电梯使用寿命,本文就新型手扶电梯创意设计进行了探讨,以供同仁参考。
With the continuous development of modern science and technology, all kinds of new technologies and new materials are being developed constantly. In the design of escalators, intelligent structural materials are used to design a new type of fully automatic intelligent escalator which can sense the existence of carriers and instruct the motor to start running , The elevator conveys the load to its destination, confirms that the load left and then instructs the motor to stop. This reciprocating operation can save a lot of electric energy, at the same time, it can reduce the wear of elevator mechanical transmission components and extend the service life of the elevator.
