新课改对教师提出了更多的教学要求,需要教师注重学生综合素质的培养,比如实践能力、创新精神与创造力、合作交流、收集与处理信息、自主学习等等。同时,在教学过程中,教师需要关注学生们的参与活动,特别是探究活动,关注学生学习过程,不能偏重结果;注重数学应用,培养学生问题意识与解决能力。若要落实上述教学要求,教师需要打破封闭式教学模式,打造开放式课堂,以学生发展为中心,以训练为主线,以问题为载体,教师指导,学生探究,踊跃参与,大胆质疑,积极表达。那么,在小学数学教学中,教师如何构建开放式课堂教学模式?对此,笔者将其流程分述如下。一、情境设置,启思诱趣
