制备一系列有机稀土络合物并对纳米二氧化硅进行表面包覆改性,用红外光谱和透射电镜进行表征。然后用以填充PP,并用毛细管流变仪研究其流变性能。研究表明:有机稀土络合物均匀包覆在二氧化硅颗粒表面,其包覆层均匀致密,界面清晰。PP的黏度随SiO2@Ln-complex的添加量先降后升。La、Nd、Eu对PP的黏度的影响比Tb对PP黏度的影响大。复合PP熔体的流动性随温度的升高而增强,但温度高到195℃后,熔体的流动性变化不大。
Preparation of a series of organic rare earth complexes and nano-silica surface coating modified by infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Then filled with PP, and studied for rheological properties using a capillary rheometer. The results show that: the organic rare earth complexes uniformly coated on the surface of silica particles, the coating is uniform and compact, clear interface. The viscosity of PP decreases first and then increases with the addition of SiO2 @ Ln-complex. The effect of La, Nd, Eu on the viscosity of PP is greater than that of Tb on the viscosity of PP. The fluidity of PP melt increased with the increase of temperature, but the fluidity of melt did not change much after the temperature reached 195 ℃.
