目的通过对某松香树脂加工企业职业病危害因素调查分析,提出有效的控制措施。方法通过现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测,对该企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有甲醛、粉尘、噪声等,除四楼松脂下料口、四楼原材料下料口处甲醛最高浓度超过职业接触限值要求外,其余各点化学物短时间接触浓度、时间加权平均浓度均低于职业接触限值,粉尘作业岗位仅包装机岗位粉尘浓度超标。生产区域现场的噪声强度范围在55.2~90.7 dB(A)之间,其中制氮机、成品包装、3#反应釜、破碎机附近噪声强度大于85.0 dB(A)。破碎机岗位工人的个体噪声暴露8 h等效声级87.7 dB(A),超过国家职业接触限值要求。结论该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素为甲醛、粉尘、噪声,应参考所提出相应职业病危害因素控制措施和管理措施进一步加以整改和治理,保障劳动者的身体健康。
Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational hazards in a rosin resin processing enterprise and put forward effective control measures. Methods Through the field occupational health survey and occupational health examination, the hazard factors of occupational diseases in the production process of the enterprise were identified and analyzed. Results The main occupational hazards in the enterprise were formaldehyde, dust, noise, etc. Except for the third floor of rosin, the highest concentration of formaldehyde in the fourth floor of raw material unloading mouth exceeded the occupational exposure limit requirements, the rest of each point of chemicals for a short period of time Exposure concentration, time-weighted average concentrations are lower than the occupational exposure limits, dust jobs only packaging machine dust concentration exceeded the post. Noise intensity in the production area ranged from 55.2 to 90.7 dB (A), of which the noise intensity was greater than 85.0 dB (A) near the nitrogen generator, the finished product packaging, the 3 # reactor and the crusher. The individual noise exposure of workers at the crusher station was equivalent to 87.7 dB (A) for 8 h, exceeding the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The main occupational hazards that exist in the enterprise are formaldehyde, dust and noise. The control measures and management measures of the corresponding occupational hazards should be further improved and rehabilitated and governed so as to ensure the health of laborers.
