Secondary school students to study relatively heavy burden, both schools and students want to spend more time to learn. This often leads students to neglect other aspects of their development, especially when physical exercise is often abandoned by them. The result of this is that students are often under a stressful condition, resulting in a more tired student and a less effective learning. Some students even physical decline, often sick condition.
