作者用经氯醛糖、乌拉坦麻醉,肌肉麻痹,人工呼吸的成年家猫20只,电刺激探查其延髓吻侧腹外侧区(RVL),观察到闩前3~5mm,中线旁开3~4mm,离腹面0~1mm的局限区域,对电刺激最为敏感,刺激此区引起最大增压反应。电解或微量注射红藻氨酸损毁双侧RVL上述敏感区,除引起血压大幅度降低外,还几乎去除了电刺激下丘脑室旁核(PA)引起的增压反应。此结果提示RVL可介导PA增压反应。
In the present study, 20 adult domestic cats were treated with chloralose, anesthesia, muscular paralysis and artificial respiration by electric stimulation. The RVL was observed by electrical stimulation. The anterior 3 ~ 4mm, 0 ~ 1mm from the ventral confined area, the most sensitive to electrical stimulation, stimulation of this area to cause maximum pressure response. Electrolysis or microinjection of kainic acid damaging the bilateral RVL sensitive region, in addition to causing a significant reduction in blood pressure, but also almost eliminates the electrical stimulation of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PA) -related booster response. This result suggests that RVL can mediate PA repressor response.
