随着房地产市场的不断发展,社会化的物业管理转型升级愈演愈烈,传统模式的后勤服务已然无法满足多元化的需求。本文提出采取项目预算管理及相应对策,来提升企业对资源的统筹安排,为企业管理升级奠定基础。
With the continuous development of the real estate market, the transformation and upgrade of socialized property management intensified. The traditional mode of logistics service has been unable to meet the diversified needs. This paper proposes to adopt the project budget management and corresponding measures to enhance the enterprise’s overall arrangement of resources and lay the foundation for the upgrading of enterprise management.
