应用免疫组化ABC法检测84例甲状腺乳头状腺癌CD44V6和nm23-H1的蛋白表达。结果显示:甲状腺乳头状腺癌的CD44V6和nm23-H1阳性率分别为63.1%和48.8%。伴有淋巴结转移者CD44V6和nm23-H1阳性率分别高于和低于无淋巴结转移者(均P<0.01),且二指标间呈负相关(P<0.01)。表明转移相关基因和转移抑制基因之间的失衡可能是甲状腺乳头状腺癌发生淋巴结转移的原因之一
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of CD44V6 and nm23-H1 protein in 84 cases of thyroid papillary adenocarcinoma. The results showed that the positive rates of CD44V6 and nm23-H1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma were 63.1% and 48.8%, respectively. The positive rates of CD44V6 and nm23-H1 in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher and lower than those without lymph node metastasis (all P<0.01), and there was a negative correlation between the two indexes (P<0.01). Shows that the imbalance between metastasis-associated genes and metastasis suppressor genes may be one of the causes of lymph node metastasis in thyroid papillary adenocarcinoma
