Wuhan is the center of the national revolution in the latter part of the Great Revolution. It occupies an important historical position in the course of the development of the Chinese revolution and has left extremely rich red memories and resources. Nearly 60 existing revolutionary relics are available. The government has actively developed these red resources and has been open to the public for free. It has played a positive role in helping the public understand the history of the Chinese revolution and developing self-education. This paper argues that the following deficiencies still exist in the development of red resources: First, the popularization of red resources is not enough, especially the implementation of red tourism is not sufficient; Second, insufficient integration of red resources advocacy; Third, the protection of red resources is not enough.
