以清水、质量分数为5%的硫酸钠溶液、5%硫酸钠+3%氯化钠的混合溶液为侵蚀介质,采用慢冻法及干湿交替环境,对强度为54.71 MPa、水胶比为0.4的高强混凝土进行0、100、200、300次冻融循环,观察各组试件表面剥蚀情况,测定质量损失和抗压强度。试验结果表明:随着冻融循环及侵蚀次数增加,混凝土试块表面剥蚀趋于严重,质量损失率增加,抗压强度减小。侵蚀介质为5%硫酸钠+3%氯化钠溶液的混凝土试件,各参数的变化幅度最大。
The mixed solution of 5% sodium sulfate solution, 5% sodium sulfate and 3% sodium chloride was used as the erosion medium, and the slow-freezing method and alternating wet and dry conditions were used. The results showed that the strength was 54.71 MPa, 0.4 high strength concrete was subjected to 0, 100, 200 and 300 freeze-thaw cycles. The surface erosion of each group was observed, and the mass loss and compressive strength were measured. The experimental results show that with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles and the number of erosion, the surface erosion of concrete specimens tends to be serious, the mass loss rate increases and the compressive strength decreases. Erosion medium is 5% sodium sulfate + 3% sodium chloride solution concrete specimens, the largest changes in the various parameters.
