复式教学是把两个年级以上的学生编在一个班里,由一位教师在同一节课内,分别用不同的教材,交叉地对不同程度的学生进行教学的组织形式。边远贫困地区的农村,由于人口数量较少且住居分散,外出务工人数逐年递增,随父母到外地就读的学生增多,在本地上学的学生数量越来越少,加之师资力量相对薄弱,复式教学也就自然成为课堂教学中特殊的教学组织形式。随着基础教育课程改革的全面推进,复式教学是摆在边远贫困地区农村小学教师面前的一个重要课题。如何正确认识复式教学的特点,把新课程理念融入到复式教学实践中,培养和提高学生各方面的能力,从而达到提高教育教学质量的目的,下面浅谈个人戳见。

How to correctly understand the characteristics of multi-teaching, the new curriculum concepts into the practice of multiple teaching, training and improving the ability of students in all aspects, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of education and teaching.
