Hepatitis B is a potentially life-threatening liver infection caused by Hepatitis B virus (HBV). Our country is a high endemic area of hepatitis B, and the most common transmission route of hepatitis B virus is mother-to-child transmission or transmission among children in early childhood. Previous studies have shown that the immune imbalance of Th1 / Th2 cells in pregnant women is an important factor leading to intrauterine infection of HBV, and for the newly discovered interleukin-23 (IL-23) -related interleukin-17 (IL- 17) CD4 + T cell subsets that Th17 cells, perhaps to provide us with new ideas. The following on the pathogenesis of hepatitis B and the status of research, IL-23 and hepatitis B complicated by pregnancy and intrauterine infection and other diseases and the activation of this immune pathway in hepatitis B complicated by pregnancy and intrauterine infection pathogenic process A summary of the role.
