建筑施工中,低层工民建筑的装修阶段往往采用卷扬机高车作为垂直运输机械,因为它经济实用,简便易行。但在实际使用过程中,该起重机构防止坠落的安全装置往往不够理想。我公司耿文华同志设计的高车新型简易防护门,其结构简单,制作方便,又能有效地起到安全防护作用,已被我公司大力推广使用。新型防护门的特点是把高车滚杠与安全门有机地组合为一体,二者相互制约,用起来既简便,又能有效地起到防护作用。具体结构如图示。该装置安装在高车内侧,即施工层进料口侧。当高车运行时,该装置处于关闭状态,如图1所示,当高车停留在某一施工层准备卸料时,
