目的:建立固体制剂中包合型维生素K1的含量测定方法。方法:采用μBondapak C18,3.9×300mm,10μm,以甲醇-水(95:5)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长248nm,进样20μL。结果:线性:维生素K1在6.4205~51.3640μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;回收率:平均回收率为99.95%,RSD为1.03%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可作为固体制剂中维生素K1含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of inclusion vitamin K1 in solid preparations. Methods: μBondapak C18, 3.9 × 300mm, 10μm, methanol - water (95: 5) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL / min. Results: Linearity: Vitamin K1 showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 6.4205 ~ 51.3640μg / mL. Recovery: The average recovery was 99.95% and the RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of vitamin K1 in solid preparations.
