水痘是儿童一种急性、高传染性疾病，建立水痘病毒抗体测定方法，对水痘血清流行病学调查、水痘疫苗免疫效果考核具有十分重要意义。 作者应用蚀斑减少中和试验、间接免疫荧光试验和酶联免疫吸附试验，对２２份健康人群血清和２份带状疮疹病人恢复期血清进行了ＶＺＶ抗体测定。
Chickenpox is an acute and highly contagious disease in children. The establishment of a chickenpox virus antibody assay is of great significance for the investigation of chickenpox epidemiology and the immunization of chickenpox vaccine. The authors used the plaque reduction neutralization test, indirect immunofluorescence assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to measure the serum levels of VZV in serum of 22 healthy people and 2 convalescent patients with band-shaped measles etiology.
