试验表明,经铜离子与维生素C协同作用后,噬菌体核酸的修复率随作用时间延长与维生素C浓度增加而降低;f_2噬菌体核酸修复率低于T_2噬菌体者。从T_2噬菌体提取的DNA经上述药物作用后,电泳带明显增长。
The results showed that the repair rate of phage nucleic acid decreased with the prolongation of action time and the increase of vitamin C concentration through the synergistic effect of copper ion and vitamin C. The nucleic acid repair rate of phage f_2 was lower than that of T_2 phage. DNA extracted from T 2 bacteriophage by the above drugs, the electrophoresis band increased significantly.
