近几年对硝酸酯的耐药性问题作了认真研究。几组实验和临床研究显示,有机硝酸盐与N-乙酰半胱氨酸合用,其扩血管作用加强。本文旨在评价血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂是否能够加强消心痛的抗心绞痛作用。对象与方法:研究对象为稳定型心绞痛患者14例,平均年龄53岁。每例患者分别服用①安慰剂②卡托普利(50~100mg)③消心痛(10mg)④卡托普利(50~100mg)+消心痛(10mg),每服一种药物间隔2d。分别于服药前及服药后1、2、3和6h进行踏车运动试验,采用随机单盲法,以评价每种药物的作用。结果:综合14例患者4次试验结果,与安慰剂比较,卡托普利并不延长运动至心绞痛发作的运动持续时间,亦不延长运动开始至中、重度心绞痛发
In recent years, the nitrate resistance problems have been carefully studied. Several groups of experimental and clinical studies have shown that the combination of organic nitrates with N-acetylcysteine enhances vasodilator action. This article aims to evaluate whether angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors can enhance the anti-anginal effect of anti-heart pain. Subjects and Methods: The study included 14 patients with stable angina pectoris, mean age 53 years. Each patient was taken ① placebo ② captopril (50 ~ 100mg) ③ heartburn (10mg) ④ captopril (50 ~ 100mg) + Xiao Hua Tong (10mg), each drug for each interval of 2d. The treadmill exercise test was carried out before taking the medicine and at 1, 2, 3 and 6 hours after taking the medicine, respectively. Randomized single-blind method was used to evaluate the effect of each medicine. RESULTS: Based on four trials of 14 patients, captopril did not prolong the duration of exercise to angina pectoris nor did it prolong the onset of exercise to moderate or severe angina
