大鼠应用羟基脲、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和5-羟甲菲林可明显降低雨蛙素诱导的胰腺炎时肺毛细血管通透性的增加,肺湿重也明显降低(P<0.05)。肺形态学检查发现肺内无雨蛙素组的中性白细胞聚集、间质水肿及肺泡内出血等改变。但对胰腺炎的发展无明显影响。提示中性白细胞及其衍生的氧自由基在肺损伤发病中起重要作用,5-羟甲菲林对成人呼吸窘迫综合征等的急性肺损伤具有潜在的应用前景。
