为减少客运机车辅助走行公里,保证乘务组有更好的劳动和休息条件,消除机车在折返段因等待乘务组休息而产生的停留时间,从而提高机车的运用效率和乘务员的劳动生产单。建议客运机车与客车固定车底指定连控牵引,即机车所属的机务段所在站与客车固定车底所属车辆段所在站相同或在客车固定车底的折返站所在站。
In order to reduce the auxiliary running distance of passenger locomotives and ensure crew members have better working and rest conditions and eliminate the stay time of locomotives in the turnaround section due to waiting for crew rests so as to improve locomotive operation efficiency and flight attendants’ labor production orders. Proposed passenger locomotives and buses fixed under the designated continuous control traction, locomotive belongs to the locomotive station belongs to the fixed car at the end of the car belonging to the same station or in the car fixed car at the end of the station where the turnaround station.
