针对信息资源共享中的利益平衡问题,在分析信息资源共享的合理性及其利益冲突实质的基础上,将CC模式作为一种利益平衡机制应用于信息资源共享的利益平衡处理中进行探讨。对CC的产生发展情况、其应用背景和平衡功能的体现及国内外的应用现状进行介绍,并重点论证和展望其在信息资源共享利益平衡中的实施,以期在信息资源共享实践与研究中得到关注和推广。 Aiming at the problem of interest balance in information resource sharing, based on the analysis of the rationality of information resource sharing and the essence of its conflict of interests, CC mode is applied as a balance of interest mechanism in the process of balancing the interests of information resource sharing. This paper introduces the development of CC, its application background and the manifestation of its balance function, as well as its application status at home and abroad, and emphatically argues and forecasts its implementation in the information resource sharing benefit balance, with a view to obtaining in the information resource sharing practice and research Concern and promotion.
