我刊应广大读者的要求,自本期起,开辟“中国历代官制讲座”一栏,介绍我国古代官制发展的历史。《讲座》将按断代编写,分为商、周、春秋、战国、秦汉、魏晋南北朝、隋、唐、五代、宋、辽、夏、金、元、明、清等部分。各部分将着重介绍职官的产生、演变、消亡,以及它的特点;介绍各朝代中央职官机构、主要职官及属员、地方职官及属员,包括边疆地区的职官;介绍各朝代有关职官的爵位、品秩、俸禄、考课、任免、升降、致仕等问题。《讲座》从实用出发,力求做到文字通俗易懂,内容准确系统,常见职官尽可能加以介绍,或列表说明。我们希望读者将意见、要求和建议及时告诉我们,以便共同办好这一栏目。
At the request of readers, from this issue, I open up a column entitled “Lectures on Official Rules in Chinese History” to introduce the history of the development of ancient official system in our country. The “lecture” will be compiled according to the dynasties and divided into some parts such as Shang, Zhou, Chunqiu, Warring States, Qin and Han, Wei, Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties, Sui, Tang, Five Dynasties, Song, Liao, Xia, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Each section will highlight the emergence, evolution, demise of the official and its characteristics. It will introduce the officials, officers and staff of the Central Government of the dynasties, the officials and their staff, including the officials in the border areas; Title, title, salary, examination class, appointment and removal, lifting, remission and other issues. The lectures proceeded from a practical point of view, and tried to make the texts easy to understand and accurate, and the common officials introduced them as much as possible, or explained the list. We hope readers will advice, requests and suggestions promptly tell us in order to jointly manage this section.
