人才是实现企业发展的第一资源。而技能人才队伍建设是实现企业持续发展、高效发展的重要基石。本文以辽河曙光油田采油作业五区技能人才培养经验为例,分析了油田三级企业青年技能人才开展需求式培训的途径。
Talent is the first resource to realize the development of an enterprise. The construction of skilled personnel team is an important cornerstone for achieving sustainable development and efficient development of enterprises. In this paper, taking the experience of training skilled personnel in the five districts of Lugu Shuguang Oilfield as an example, the paper analyzes the ways of carrying out demand-based training for the young skilled personnel in the third-level oilfields.
