在中国现阶段,可以采取综合协调型节约型社会科技法律促进机制,但又重点依赖政府主导型节约型社会科技法律促进机制来推动节约科技进步与节约型社会建设。根据节约型社会科技法律促进机制类型选择,发现中国节约型社会科技法律促进机制存在诸多现实困境,亟待采取有效措施予以解决。 At the present stage in China, we can adopt an integrated and coordinated legal mechanism for the promotion of conservation-oriented social sciences and technology, but rely mainly on government-led conservation-oriented social science and technology law promotion mechanisms to promote the conservation of science and technology and the building of a conservation-oriented society. According to the selection of mechanisms for promoting conservation-oriented social science and technology laws, it is found that there are many realistic difficulties in promoting the conservation-oriented social science and technology laws in China and effective measures are urgently needed to be resolved.
