目的:观察Wistar 大鼠抗原诱导性葡萄膜视网膜炎(antigen - induced uveoretinitis ,AIU) 的临床、组织学和免疫学变化。方法:使用牛S 抗原和福氏完全佐剂的混合乳剂免疫大鼠14d 后,将S 抗原接种于玻璃体腔,复制AIU 动物模型。观察其眼部临床表现、组织学改变、血清抗体效价、淋巴细胞增殖反应以及抗原特异性迟发型超敏反应(delayed- type hypersensitivity ,DTH) 。结果:AIU 表现以眼后节段为主的全葡萄膜炎,平均持续13-08 d ,抗体滴度为1∶8 ~1∶16 ,淋巴细胞增殖反应增高,DTH 为1-76 m m 。结论:AIU 呈现典型的葡萄膜炎的临床和组织学改变,特异性血清抗体滴度和DTH 反应显著增高。
Objective: To observe the clinical, histological and immunological changes of antigen - induced uveoretinitis (AIU) in Wistar rats. Methods: The rats were immunized with a mixed emulsion of bovine S antigen and complete Freund’s adjuvant for 14 days. The S antigen was inoculated into vitreous cavity and the animal model of AIU was replicated. The clinical manifestations, histological changes, serum antibody titers, lymphocyte proliferative responses and antigen-specific delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) were observed. Results: The results showed that the posterior segment of the uveal uveitis occurred on an average of 13-08 days. The antibody titers ranged from 1:8 to 1:16. The proliferative response of lymphocytes increased and DTH was 1-76 μm. CONCLUSIONS: AIU presents the clinical and histological changes of typical uveitis, and the specific serum antibody titers and DTH responses are significantly higher.
