根据俄歇电子能谱(AES)的深度分布图,得到不同区域的膜厚和在此区域中的元素富集因子与材料性能之间的关系。并以304不锈钢在高温水中生成的氧化膜为例,探讨膜厚和元素铬的富集因子与材料抗应力腐蚀性能之间的关系。
According to the depth distribution of Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), the relationship between the film thickness in different regions and the element enrichment factor in this region and the material properties was obtained. Taking the oxide film of 304 stainless steel in high temperature water as an example, the relationship between the film thickness and elemental enrichment factor and the stress corrosion resistance of the material is discussed.
