本文运用新经济地理学的研究方法,构建了交通基础设施对产业布局、地区收入影响的空间溢出模型,利用中国29个省市区1997-2012年的面板数据对模型进行了实证检验,发现产业布局在交通基础设施影响地区人均收入的过程中起着部分中介作用。进一步分析不同地区的区内与区间交通基础设施对产业布局、地区人均收入的影响,发现区内交通基础设施的发展都有利于促进产业在当地的集聚,进而对地区人均收入产生正向效应,但是其空间溢出效应并不明显。而区间交通基础设施在东部地区会促进产业集聚,进而推动人均收入水平的提升,但在中西部地区可能会导致产业转移,对人均收入的增长产生抑制效应,而且空间溢出效应明显。
Using the research method of new economic geography, this paper constructs a spatial spillover model of the impact of transportation infrastructure on industrial distribution and regional income. Empirical tests on the model using panel data from 29 provinces and municipalities in China from 1997 to 2012 show that industry The layout plays a partial intermediary role in the per capita income of transport infrastructure affected areas. Further analysis of the impact of transport infrastructure in different regions and regions on the industrial layout and per capita income in the region shows that the development of transport infrastructure in the region is conducive to promoting industrial agglomeration in the region and thus exerting a positive effect on per capita income in the region, However, its spillover effect is not obvious. Interregional transport infrastructure will promote industrial agglomeration in the eastern region and promote the improvement of per capita income level. However, it may lead to industrial transfer in the central and western regions, which will have an inhibitory effect on the growth of per capita income. Moreover, the spatial spillover effect is obvious.
