企业文化的发展是复合式多元化的发展,影响这一发展的有各种因素,主要受传统文化、全球化以及其他内外环境的影响,其发展的形态类似生物学中DNA双螺旋构象向前发展,在该构象中,两条反向平行的主链相互缠绕前行,本源企业文化和变异企业文化就是这两条发展的主链。
