在合肥轨道交通一号线试验段工程Ⅱ标深基坑施工过程中,结合现场前期钢支撑施工和监控资料,对钢支撑体系和锚索体系进行了优化施工,减少了临时工程量的投入;利用“时空原理”结合总体工期要求,合理安排车站和区间土方开挖,充分增加钢支撑的内部重复利用,并减少钢支撑的进场数量,以减少钢支撑的进场和出场费用。
During the construction of deep foundation pit Ⅱ in the test section of Hefei Rail Transit Line 1, the steel support system and anchor cable system were optimally constructed in combination with the pre-construction steel support construction and monitoring data to reduce the input of temporary construction volume. Utilizing “space-time principle ” combined with the requirements of the overall construction period, we should rationally arrange excavation of earthworks at stations and areas to fully increase the internal reuse of steel supports and reduce the amount of steel support entering, so as to reduce the steel support entry and exit costs.
