目的探讨血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)在肾癌的表达情况及肿瘤微血管密度 ( MVD)的意义。方法采用免疫组化 LSAB法对 10例肾良性肿瘤、38例肾癌中 VEGF表达进行检测 ,并对肿瘤 MVD进行测定。结果 VEGF阳性率肾癌为 6 5 .8% ,肾良性肿瘤为 2 0 %( P<0 .0 1)。 、 期肾癌为 47.8% , 、 期肾癌为 93.3% ( P<0 .0 5 )。肾癌 MVD显著高于肾良性肿瘤 ( P<0 .0 1) , 、 期肾癌MVD显著低于 、 期肾癌 ( P<0 .0 5 )。随访 2年 :VEGF及 MVD均与肾癌预后有关。结论 VEGF及 MVD在肾癌的形成及浸润发展中有重要作用 ,二者可作为判断肾癌预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in renal cell carcinoma and the significance of tumor microvessel density (MVD). Methods The expression of VEGF in 10 cases of benign renal neoplasm and 38 cases of renal cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method and the tumor MVD was measured. Results The positive rate of VEGF was 65.8% in renal cell carcinoma and 20% in benign nephropathy (P <0.01). , 47.8% of renal cell carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma was 93.3% (P <0.05). The MVD of renal cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of benign renal neoplasm (P <0.01), and the MVD of renal cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that of renal cell carcinoma (P <0.05). Follow-up 2 years: VEGF and MVD are related to the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma. Conclusion VEGF and MVD play an important role in the development of renal cell carcinoma and infiltration and development, both of which may be used as an index to judge the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
