三据悉,福建省对下岗失业、自谋职业和灵活就业人员参加养老保险问题制订不少措施和政策,社会保险工作取得可喜成效。最近,就下岗失业、自谋职业和灵活就业人员参加养老保险政策问题,本刊记者采访了福建省社保局社保关系科潘锦成科长。潘科长简述了下岗失业、自谋职业和灵活就业人员参加养老保险的概况及有关法规问题,主要举出几个具体事例加以说明解答。
