方型分离器的良好性能和结构紧凑的特点使其特别适合循环流化床大型化的需要。在筒体定型尺寸为700m m ×700m m 的冷态试验台上对入口带有加速段的方型分离器下部锥体锥角角度改变时分离器性能的变化规律进行试验研究,结果表明:下部收缩角度对其分离性能有重要影响,较大的锥角角度可在一定范围内降低切割直径,而对d99 和分离器阻力的影响很小。
The good performance and compactness of the square separator make it particularly suitable for the large size of circulating fluidized bed. The experimental results of the change of separator performance when the cone angle of the lower cone of the square separator with the accelerating section was changed on the cold test bench with the dimension of 700m m × 700m m were studied. The results show that the lower part Shrinkage angle has an important impact on its separation performance, a larger cone angle can reduce the cutting diameter within a certain range, while the resistance of d99 and separator is small.
