当前,各部门、各地区和国营大中型企业,围绕转换企业经营机制进行了有益的探索和实践,并且取得了一些经验。为了大家共同做好转换企业经营机制这篇文章,本刊向读者推荐山东省经委、天津恒源毛纺织厂(原第一毛纺织厂)、株洲火花塞厂在国务院生产办公室近期召开的《全国工业企业转换经营机制工作座谈会》上的典型经验,值得一读。这些经验表明,只要我们下决心实干,进一步解放思想,进一步加大改革的力度,扎扎实实地做好工作,转换企业经营机制,搞好国营大中型企业的目标就一定会逐步实现。
