为探讨硒对水培大蒜汞蓄积的影响,将大蒜分为高汞组(培养液含10μg/ml HgCl2)、高汞+硒组(培养液含10μg/mlHgCl2和10μg/ml Na2SeO3)和对照组(普通培养液),培养3周后把大蒜按根、茎、叶三部分冷冻干燥研磨成粉末状,消化,用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定大蒜根、茎、叶中汞的含量。结果显示水培大蒜中汞在各部位的蓄积顺序为根>叶>茎,加硒可以促进水培大蒜对汞的吸收(约80%),高汞+硒组汞在根的蓄积量为高汞组的1.3倍。提示硒汞在植物体内具有拮抗作用,硒可以促进水培大蒜对汞吸收与蓄积,尤其植物的根部。
To study the effect of selenium on the accumulation of mercury in hydroponic garlic, the garlic was divided into high mercury group (medium containing 10μg / ml HgCl2), high-mercury + selenium group (medium containing 10μg / mlHgCl2 and 10μg / ml Na2SeO3) (Ordinary culture solution). After three weeks of culture, the three parts of garlic were freeze-dried and ground into powder and digested. The content of mercury in the roots, stems and leaves of garlic was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the accumulation of mercury in hydroponic garlic was in the order of root> leaf> stem. The addition of selenium promoted the absorption of mercury by hydroponic garlic (about 80%), the accumulation of mercury in high-mercury + selenium group was high Mercury group 1.3 times. It is suggested that selenium and mercury have antagonistic effects in plants. Selenium can promote the absorption and accumulation of mercury by hydroponic garlic, especially the roots of plants.
