目的探讨老年食管癌患者的手术治疗的效果。方法我院收治的老年食管癌患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组患者均给予手术治疗,对照组患者均给予非手术保守治疗。结果观察组患者手术时间115-305 min,平均手术时间(205.45±34.65)min;术中失血量230~640 ml,平均失血量(285.64±23.74)ml。2例患者术后死亡,14例患者发生并发症。观察组患者的死亡率以及并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论老年食管癌患者在确保身体的耐受力的情况下,选择合适的手术方式进行治疗,可以到得确切的治疗效果,并且患者的死亡率和并发症发生率比较低,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment on elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Seventy patients with senile esophageal cancer who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases each. Patients in observation group were given surgical treatment while those in control group were given conservative treatment. Results The operation time of the observation group was 115-305 minutes and the average operation time was 205.45 ± 34.65 minutes. The intraoperative blood loss was 230-640 ml and the mean blood loss was 285.64 ± 23.74 ml. Two patients died after surgery and 14 patients had complications. The death rate and the complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Elderly esophageal cancer patients in the case of ensuring the body’s tolerance, choose the appropriate surgical treatment, you can get the exact effect of treatment, and the patient’s mortality and complication rate is relatively low, worthy of clinical promotion.
