研究了在催化剂苯羟乙酸的存在下,me so-四(对-三甲铵基苯基)卟啉与Bi(Ⅲ)的显色反应。在pH 5.7的HAc-NaAc介质中,于沸水浴中反应5min完成,配合物的最大吸收波长为464mn,表现摩尔吸光系数为3.15×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Bi(Ⅲ)含量在0~0.48μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,配合物的组成为Bi(Ⅲ):T(4-TAP)P=2:3。方法可用于矿样中痕量Bi的测定。
The color reaction of meso-tetrakis (p-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin with Bi (Ⅲ) was studied in the presence of the catalyst benzilic acid. The reaction was carried out in HAc-NaAc medium at pH 5.7 for 5 min. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 464 nm. The molar absorptivity was 3.15 × 10 -5 L · mol -1 (-1) · cm -1 ), Bi (Ⅲ) in the range of 0 ~ 0.48μg / ml. The composition of the complex is Bi (Ⅲ): T (4-TAP) P = 2: 3. The method can be used for the determination of trace Bi in ore samples.
