为降低同步碎石封层车碎石撒布过程中产生的横向离析,基于离散单元法在离散元分析软件EDEM中建立碎石撒布器的仿真计算模型。采用正交试验设计,仿真研究螺旋布料器的结构参数(如螺距、螺旋直径)和运动学参数(如螺旋转速)的变化对碎石撒布离析程度的影响,并以离析指数作为评价指标和优化目标对螺旋布料器的结构参数和运动学参数进行优化设计。研究结果表明:螺旋转速和螺旋深度是影响横向离析的主要因素,通过降低螺旋转速并使物料满埋螺旋可有效降低离析程度。
In order to reduce the lateral segregation produced during the spreading of synchronous lithoclast car debris, a simulation calculation model of gravel diffuser was built based on the discrete element method in the discrete element analysis software EDEM.
