中国法学会刑法学研究会2007年年会于9月18日至21日在吉林省长春市召开。本次年会共收到论文225篇,与会代表达300人,年会主题是和谐社会的刑法现实问题,重点探讨了死刑的司法限制、单位犯罪以及《刑法修正案(六)》等问题,体现了鲜明的实践特色与时代精神。现将与会论文以及研讨
The 2007 Annual Meeting of the Criminal Law Research Association of China Law Society was held in Changchun, Jilin Province from September 18 to September 21. This year a total of 225 papers were received and 300 delegates attended the conference. The theme of the annual conference was the practical problems of the criminal law in a harmonious society. The issues such as judicial restrictions on death penalty, unit crime and “Amendment 6 to the Criminal Law” Embodies the distinctive features of practice and the spirit of the times. Now the conference papers and seminars
