目前,我国化工用油需求增长速度大大快于成品油增长速度,乙烯原料和芳烃原料等化工用油供需矛盾十分突出。因此,石化企业必须按油化一体化的原则要求,优化炼油工艺装置组合,合理配置资源,最大化提供优质的乙烯裂解和芳烃等化工原料,满足快速增长的石油化工发展的需要,实现企业整体效益最大化。加氢裂化-催化重整组合工艺,通过加工处理减压蜡油和不适合做乙烯原料的芳烃潜含量高的重石脑油,可提供80%左右的化工原料,是油、化有机结合的桥梁和核心工艺。
