统计、对比分析了两邻井同一井段PDC钻头使用情况,切削齿磨损情况以及磨损原因,认为弯螺杆复合钻进诱发的井底涡动是导致切削齿磨损不均、微小金刚石颗粒崩落、磨损面拉断裂纹发育的根本原因,严重影响了钻头寿命,并从提高该区块定向井两趟钻比例、单只钻头进尺的角度给出了钻头优化、制造和使用等方面的建议。研究表明,通过外锥后排辅助齿抵抗冲击应力、控制吃入深度是减少磨损的有效方法。
