大学生就业日渐成为政府、高校和社会各界共同关注的热点问题。大学毕业生＂就业难＂有着多种复杂和深层次的原因,对大学生就业权缺乏持续有效关注、对就业权的法律保障不够重视是其中一个重要因素。因此,探究高校毕业生就业权的内容和现状,进而给大学毕业生的就业权提供有效的法律保障,显得十分必要。
