Comrade Mao Zedong published an article titled “Research in Physical Education” in “New Youth” magazine in 1917, in which he explicitly expressed his own sports thinking and claimed that “to embody its spirit, First barbaric body ”. However, from the current colleges and universities of physical education teaching activities, most colleges and universities in order to enable students to obtain more sports knowledge in limited teaching events, teachers often take the way of knowledge instilling plus mechanical imitation Teaching, in this teaching mode, students are difficult to obtain the interest of physical exercise. Some schools in the organization of teaching, the simple run, jump as the main content of teaching, boring mechanized middle school students over time will lose interest in physical exercise. In response to this situation, under the background of education reform, dance majors such as aerobics, rhythmic gymnastics and sports dance can be incorporated into the physical education system so as to inspire them on the basis of enriching their physical training forms Exercise enthusiasm. Since aerobics, rhythmic gymnastics and sports dance girls participate more than boys, I will take girls as an example in this article to discuss their impact on girls’ physical and mental health.
