一、提倡进食多种食物,要包括以下五大类:第一类为谷类及薯类;第二类为动物性食物;第三类为豆类及豆制品;第四类为蔬菜、水果类;第五类为纯热能食物,包括动植物油、糖等。注意粗细搭配,多吃天然食物,少吃工业食品。二、要多吃蔬菜、水果和薯类。美国癌症研究所和世界癌症研究基金会联合提出预防癌症14条膳食准则,其中要求每天吃400~800克的蔬菜和水果。三、要坚持每天摄入奶类、豆类及其制品。
