Special research is a regular and indispensable part of teaching and research work in our province. The convening of the 14th CPC National Congress and the 3rd Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee raised new topics for the special study on ideological and political subjects, and endowed new content with the characteristics of the times and required us to create a new situation in this respect. In 1993, we did some work in this research and achieved some results. Review this
