生产安全是电力企业得以持续发展的基础以及关键因素,这就要求电力企业员工具有很高的安全生产意识以及安全思维。为了提升员工的安全生产意识以及安全思维则必须要对他们进行有效培训,建立系统全面且行之有效的安全培训管理体系。本文首先分析了电力企业安全培训工作目前所处的现状,然后对出现这些问题的原因进行了简单分析,最后上述问题提出了安全培训管理体系建设过程中应该采取的有效措施依据。
Production safety is the basis and the key factor for sustainable development of power enterprises, which requires that employees of power enterprises have high safety awareness and safety thinking. In order to enhance staff awareness of production safety and safety thinking, they must be effectively trained to establish a comprehensive and effective safety training management system. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of safety training in electric power enterprises, and then analyzes the causes of these problems briefly. Finally, the above questions put forward the effective measures to be taken during the construction of safety training management system.
