目的 了解铅接触对家兔体感诱发电位及感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度的影响。方法 利用丹麦产Neuromatic - 2 0 0 0C型神经一肌电描记仪 ,对家兔染毒前后体感诱发电位、感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度进行了测定。结果 与染毒前比较 ,P1、P2 、N1波潜伏时明显延长 (P <0 .0 5) ,P1N1间期未见显著改变。感觉神经潜伏时、传导速度发生显著变化。运动神经远端潜伏时延长 ,传导速度也明显减慢 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 铅接触对家兔周围神经系统有较明显的损害作用。
Objective To understand the effect of lead exposure on the somatosensory evoked potentials and sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity in rabbits. Methods The somatosensory evoked potentials, sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity before and after exposure were determined by Danish Neuromatic - 2000C electromyography. Results Compared with those before exposure, the latency of P1, P2 and N1 wave prolonged significantly (P <0.05), but there was no significant change in P1N1 interval. Sensory nerve latency, the conduction velocity of significant changes. Longer motor nerve distal latency, conduction velocity was significantly slowed down (P <0. 05). Conclusion Lead exposure has obvious damage on peripheral nervous system in rabbits.
