提出一种原位监测航空发动机状态的测试系统的设计方案,给出了硬件、软件平台的构建方法,提供了相关的硬件电路和驱动程序及应用软件。实际应用表明,新研制设备不仅功能齐全,测试准确,智能化、集成度高,使用、携带方便,而且降低了地勤人员的维护保障难度,提高了飞机的保障效率。
A design scheme of in-situ monitoring system for aeroengine condition monitoring is proposed. The hardware and software platform construction methods are given, and the related hardware circuits, drivers and application software are provided. The practical application shows that the newly developed equipment not only has complete functions, but also has accurate testing, intelligence, high integration, convenient use and portability, and reduces the difficulty of maintenance support for ground crew and improves the efficiency of aircraft support.
