目的基于主成分分析法确定山楂粉体饮片的最佳粒径。方法制备4种不同粒度的山楂粉体饮片,通过测定4种粉体饮片的粒度并测定粉体饮片与传统饮片的浸出物、有机酸、熊果酸等8项指标的含量,并采用SPSS 19.0统计分析软件对5种山楂饮片的各项指标结果进行主成分分析,确定山楂粉体饮片的最佳粒径。结果结果表明,粉体3号的综合得分最高,既达到较好的细胞破碎效果,又较好的反映山楂粉体饮片的性状及各指标评价。综合各测定结果及实际生产应用,确定山楂最佳粉体饮片的粒径为D_(90)为(139.2±1.0)μm,即120目。结论综合分析,基于主成分分析法确定山楂粉体饮片的最佳粒径是可行的,并且确定的山楂粉体饮片炮制工艺及参数可用于实际生产。
Objective To determine the optimal particle size of hawthorn powder based on principal component analysis. Methods Four kinds of hawthorn powder tablets with different particle sizes were prepared. The particle size of the four kinds of powder tablets was determined and the content of eight indicators of powder extract, organic acids and ursolic acid were measured and compared with SPSS 19.0 Statistical analysis of the five kinds of hawthorn Pieces of the results of the principal component analysis to determine the best particle size hawthorn powder Pieces. The results showed that powder No. 3 had the highest comprehensive score, which not only achieved a better effect of cell disintegration but also better reflected the characteristics of hawthorn powder pieces and the evaluation of each index. According to the results of each measurement and the actual production and application, the optimum particle size of hawthorn was determined to be (D) (90) of (139.2 ± 1.0) μm, 120 meshes. Conclusion According to the comprehensive analysis, it is feasible to determine the optimum particle size of hawthorn powder based on principal component analysis. And the processing technology and parameters of hawthorn powder can be used in actual production.
