全民健身是我国发展的重要战略,目前流行于社会上的健身方式和健身项目种类繁多,本文以瑜伽和健身广场舞为研究对象,通过对比分析得出结论:在健身、健心和提高社会交往能力方面,二者都具有极高的促进作用。而在运动状态、医疗保健功能以及辅助工具方面,各具特色。建议锻炼者按照自己的实际情况和健身需求选择健身方式。
The national fitness is an important strategy for the development of our country. At present, there are a great variety of fitness methods and fitness programs that are popular in society. In this paper, we take yoga and fitness square dance as research objects, and draw conclusions through comparative analysis: In terms of capabilities, both have a very high stimulating effect. In the exercise state, health care functions and aids, each with its own characteristics. Recommended exercise in accordance with their actual situation and fitness needs to choose fitness methods.
